You will be part of the Growth Team, made of 5 people in charge of Acquisition, Marketing Ops, Website and Campaigns. We proudly generate about 80% of the company’s new revenue!
Job summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Campaigns Manager to design and lead high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that accelerate lead generation, drive substantial pipeline growth, and influence revenue across all stages of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for building and optimizing integrated marketing tactics across key channels, ensuring seamless engagement with prospects throughout their buying journey.
This is a high-visibility role that requires proven expertise in end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and data-driven optimization. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Channel Owners, ensuring campaigns drive tangible business outcomes.

- Tactical Planning & Campaign Execution: Lead and coordinate the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution to post-campaign analysis of diverse campaigns targeting Enterprise prospects—such as industry-specific, promotional, product launches, brand awareness, lifecycle marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing). Collaborate with channel owners to define and implement tactical plans that support the multi-channel demand generation strategy & drive measurable ROI.
- Marketing Email & Webinars Management: Own the strategic approach and execution for email marketing and webinars, ensuring these channels are optimized to drive engagement, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline growth
- Lifecycle Marketing Initiatives: Develop strategies that nurture prospects throughout their lifecycle. Create programs that keep prospects engaged, accelerate lead velocity, and improve conversion rates from early stages through to closed deals and customer retention.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work in tandem with Sales to ensure seamless coordination between Marketing campaigns and Sales outreach. Provide Sales with the collateral, messaging, and sequences they need. Gather and act on feedback from Sales to refine campaign strategies and improve outcomes.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze key performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies. Present results and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to illustrate the impact on the pipeline and revenue.
👤 It would be great if ...
- You have 7+ years in a Demand Gen or Performance Marketing role, with at least 3 years focused on Enterprise B2B SaaS Demand Generation.
- You are a strategic thinker also able to roll-up your sleeves to get things done.
- Experience in cybersecurity or marketing to IT Leaders is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and how to leverage them to drive demand (hands-on digital media planning and buying experience preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities on complex cross-functional projects, collaborate with cross functional teams and drive buy-in from sales and marketing executives.
- Good understanding of marketing technologies with strong ability to quickly adapt to and grasp new systems and tools (AI, Automation, Attribution, …).
- Team player with excellent communication, listening and reporting skills.
- Solution oriented, creative problem solver with a positive “get the job done” attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast changing environment.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to write emails and copy for native audiences.
