We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with various revenue functions, including Marketing, Services, and Pre-sales, to deliver effective analytics, share critical insights, and influence strategic initiatives.
Your expertise will be essential in analyzing process gaps, enhancing efficiency, and supporting revenue acceleration through deep dive analysis and data-driven storytelling. Key Responsibilities:• Partner with various revenue functions (Marketing, Services, Pre-sales, etc) to deliver effective analytics, share insights, and influence alignment on critical efforts to improve performance• Analyse gaps in current process, leverage on tools and technologies to improve process and drive efficiency• Perform deep dive analysis to support goal achievement, revenue acceleration, and drive insights to executions• Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualisations that accurately present quarterly performance and outline problem statements• Work and collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure alignment to ad-hoc reporting needs are delivered• Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve data and process efficiencies• Accuracy in work delivered and in a timely manner
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in sales operations/business operations in a relatable industry• Strong working experience in SFDC and various Business intelligence tools such as SFDC Dashboard, Tableau, etc.• Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task• Good verbal and written communicator• Ability to speak Japanese a plus
