Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will drive Enterprise sales in the Telecom and Utilities sectors, focusing on the high-growth DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Your mission: identify and target key accounts, build a qualified pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed your sales targets.
This is a high profile role within the organization and requires close collaboration with the Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Founders teams, ensuring you have the support needed to succeed in one of Deepomatic’s most dynamic markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies for the DACH market
Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and attending events
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, representing 4x your quota
Establish strong relationships with Senior Executives (VP, EVP, and C-suite) within Client organizations
Manage deals through the pipeline using our sales methodology (Customer Centric Selling)
Negotiate commercial and legal terms at a senior level, focusing on multi-year relationships and software licenses
Manage your customers to drive their satisfaction and generate additional revenues from upsell
Prepare RFP/RFI responses with clear strategies
Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
Conduct regular travels across DACH
Represent Deepomatic at industry events and conferences to build visibility and expand our network in Europe
Collaborate with your colleagues with a proactive and positive attitude
Must
5 years of experience in software sales for the telecom industry
Proven track record with achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
Direct experience in establishing relationships with executive-level stakeholders
Ability to proactively build your own sales pipeline
Comfortable with conceptual & solution selling to demonstrate clear ROI
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Native in German, fluent to bilingual in French
Bonus
Experience in Utilities, or Field Services companies
Fluent in English
Familiarity with Customer Centric Selling (CCS) or similar sales methodologies
Handled Enterprise accounts from an account management perspective in past experiences
