We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and growth strategy for DejaBlue’s EV charging solutions. This role blends strategic storytelling, design skills, and data-driven experimentation. Your role is key to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. If you’re a growth hacker who loves crafting compelling narratives, testing new ideas, and building brands that stand out—this role is for you.
Develop and execute GTM strategies – Define how we position, launch, and scale our products in the market.
Create compelling visuals & assets – Use Figma and other design tools to craft engaging marketing materials, landing pages, and presentations.
Write clear, persuasive messaging – Develop website content, case studies, product guides, and sales enablement materials that convert.
Experiment and optimize for growth – Run A/B tests, track performance metrics, and refine messaging and campaigns based on data.
Own product positioning & storytelling – Translate technical features into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with our target audience.
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth hacking, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS, EV charging, or clean tech. We’re selling to business, and it’s important that you have experience crafting narratives for that audience.
You have Figma skills and can create visuals without relying on a design team.
You’re a growth hacker – You thrive on testing new ideas, iterating based on data, and finding creative ways to drive adoption.
You love storytelling – You know how to turn technical features into narratives that connect with customers.
You’re data-driven – You use analytics and experimentation to inform decisions and improve performance.
You thrive in fast-paced environments – You take ownership, move quickly, and aren’t afraid to get scrappy.
