Training
We want to make sure that our employees have the skills to perform their jobs confidently and reliably. Together with their managers, employees identify trainings that will bring value to both the employee and the company. Throughout the year, we facilitate close collaboration between colleagues to ensure that our employees learn from each other on the job.
Work life
Team rituals and events
Because we work in multiple offices across Europe, we make sure that colleagues have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other. We stay connected online via regular all-staff meetings in which we update each other on the latest company news and welcome our new joiners. And twice a year, we all get together in person in one of our offices.
On a team level, we make sure that new joiners quickly meet everyone in person. Each new joiner also gets assigned a buddy, a seasoned colleague who helps with settling in. And of course, we have plenty of social events in each of our offices to ensure that colleagues get to connect with each other beyond their work projects.
