The Service Development and Management (SDM) Team
The Service Development and Management (SDM) Team is responsible for the evolution of existing services, as well as the design and development of new services.

The Operations Unit (OPS)
The Operations Unit (OPS) is responsible for the business administration and monitoring EBA CLEARING’s payment services. Core activities include clearing and settlement, service monitoring, customer support, crisis and incident management, business continuity, data and statistical reporting, operational IT management, integration of new participants and release and resilience testing.

The ACS Unit
The ACS Unit (User Administration & Corporate Secretariat) provides corporate secretariat services for EBA CLEARING and the Euro Banking Association (EBA) and is responsible for the user administration of the payment services operated by EBA CLEARING.
