The Technical team ensures the execution of platform evolutions and their functional (QA) and technical (scalability, stability, performance) follow-up. With a Developer persona very present on the platform, the team's contributors legitimately provide insight and advice, where necessary, on all the functional solutions to be delivered to ensure an ideal developer experience. The team also works closely with the Forest Admin community of developers and users via our dedicated forum. The team provides support on a daily basis to ensure fast, accurate responses.

Organization and methodologies
The Technical team is made up of 4 teams:
- 2 functional teams ("Dev Exp" & "Ops Exp")
- 1 site reliability team ("Platform")
- 1 customer support team ("Customer Experience")
The responsibilities of these teams are defined in precise functional or technical terms.
Our main rituals:
- Daily team meeting by video every morning at 9:30 a.m.
- Product Committee every Friday to present progress to the whole company
