Our team is based on 2 foundations:

• Research & Development: our team of ML Researchers, Product Managers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers, led by our CPO Jean-Marie, ex-Thales and Ph.D. in AI Ethics
• Sales, Marketing , HR & Finance: our team of business experts to serve customers, grow and scale our company. It's led by our CEO Alex, ex-Dataiku and former strategy consultant.

This team comprises Machine Learning Researchers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and more. Its mission is to build the #1 Testing platform for AI models, helping enterprise AI teams build better AI models.

Our product covers the full-cycle of AI Quality, Security & Compliance, including an open-source Python library for automatically detecting hidden vulnerabilities in ML and LLMs, tackling issues from errors/hallucinations to biases & security issues; and an Enterprise Hub application to power product-business collaboration on LLM Quality & Security processes, as well as automating AI Compliance with the EU AI Act.

The key values of our R&D team are product craftsmanship & shipping fast to help customers. We are looking for experts in ML Research and full-stack software engineering, with expertise in Generative AI.

This team comprises Account Executives, Growth Marketers, HR & Finance experts, and more. Its mission is to help grow our business, serve more customers and scale our startup into a strong & sustainable leader in AI Quality, Security & Compliance.

The main objectives of this team are to evangelise the market and expand our customers & partners in an Enterprise Sales motion, to help companies test, audit and ensure the quality, security & compliance of their AI models.
