The position

Job description

When you join our structured Product team (8 PMs, 2 Designers, 1 Product Ops), you will:

  • Contribute to the optimization of GitGuardian’s secret detection platform, launch new products and new features,

  • Contribute to the OKRs roadmap from discovery to delivery.

  • Be the voice of our users (Enterprise B2B customers) via user research, design research, identify their needs, analyze their behavior with analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude).

  • Improve the global user experience of the product

  • You will create mockups, prototypes, specifications, enhance interfaces (high fidelity), and work closely with the Frontend Engineers during the features test and shipment processes.

  • Contribute to improving our existing design systems.


Preferred experience

If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!

  • Autonomy: you have a significant experience as a Product Designer (5+ years).

  • Experience working constructively with agile teams and Product Managers and Engineers.

  • Significant experience in using Figma.

  • Experience with a design system (used it and contribute to it).

  • Experience designing B2B SaaS applications (doing discovery with large customers, having worked with Sales engineers, CSM, …).

  • Good English level: in order to interview our global customer base and work effectively with our international teams.

    It’s nice if you have:

  • Experience in a tech scale-up environment.

  • Interest in Tech: you’re willing to dig into highly technical subjects and work to understand a developer’s need to secure their code.
