As a Product Manager for Developer Relations & Authentication, you will lead initiatives in authentication and DevRel, playing a critical role in navigating and aligning cross-team and cross-departmental efforts on technical topics. Success in this role hinges on your ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups, bridge technical and business perspectives, while developing relationships with 3rd party applications and drive consensus on sophisticated scopes. You will define and deliver clear, scalable solutions that support high-quality, high-value integrations, while ensuring APIs and webhooks are fast, secure, reliable, and well-documented. This role requires exceptional communication, technical acumen, and a proactive approach to breaking down silos and driving alignment across multiple teams to achieve impactful business outcomes.💼 About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Partnerships Manager to join our team at Gorgias. In this high-impact role, you will be directly responsible for driving Enterprise ARR growth through the expansion and strategic development of our 3rd party integrations ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on supporting 3rd party integrations that resonate with larger, enterprise-level merchants, enhancing the value of Gorgias for their complex needs.
You will be the driving force behind our enterprise 3rd party integration/apps strategy, working cross-functionally to grow an ecosystem that not only expands Gorgias’s capabilities but also directly contributes to acquiring and retaining high-value enterprise clients and increasing Enterprise ARR.⚒️ What You'll Do:
Evangelize the Gorgias enterprise integration ecosystem internally and externally, focusing on how it solves the complex needs of large merchants and drives business value (and ultimately, Enterprise ARR).
Ensuring consistency for the public API both in the data that we provide and the structure
Develop and own the vision and strategy for Gorgias's 3rd party integrations ecosystem, with a clear focus on driving Enterprise ARR.
This includes evaluating improvement and prioritization of 3rd party developer onboarding process, developer portal, sandbox account etc.
Define and prioritize the roadmap for enterprise integration initiatives, focusing on integrations that address the specific needs and pain points of large ecommerce merchants. Prioritize integrations with the highest potential for Enterprise ARR contribution.
Improve the authentication capabilities to meet the needs of enterprise notably, user provisioning
Drive initiatives to make it easy for 3rd parties to integrate with Gorgias in a way that appeals to developers:
Ensure we have robust API, Triggers, HTTP Integration capabilities that address the requirements of enterprise-grade tools.
Ensure API and technical documentation is robust and addresses the requirements of enterprise-grade tools.
Consider security, scalability, and compliance requirements important to enterprise clients in all integrations.
Drive alignment and coordination across teams to expand the data domain specific exposure to third-party integrations.
Lead the strategy and execution for IPaaS partnerships with an Enterprise lens:
Manage IPaaS partner(s) that maintain a number of current integrations.
Evaluate integrations built by IPaaS partner(s) to maintain high quality and drive value to existing and new customers
Collaborate with IPaaS partner(s) to scope, build and maintain new integrations that are critical for our enterprise customer segment.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis specifically within the enterprise ecommerce landscape to identify high-value integration opportunities that will attract larger clients and increase ARR.
Work closely with enterprise sales, customer success teams and customers to deeply understand the integration needs of Gorgias's enterprise customers and prospects. Use this feedback to directly shape the integration roadmap and ensure alignment with Enterprise ARR goals.
Track and rigorously analyze key metrics directly related to Enterprise ARR growth from integrations. Report on the ROI of integration initiatives and their impact on enterprise revenue.
🧠 Who You Are:
Experienced Product Manager with Enterprise Focus: You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, and with a demonstrable track record of building/maintaining integrations or platform features that drive Enterprise ARR growth.
Technology Partnership Ecosystem Builder: You are passionate about facilitating integrations that solve complex problems and deliver measurable business value for enterprise customers. Understand the specific needs and challenges of enterprise organizations [bonus].
Technical Acumen with Enterprise Considerations: You understand APIs, SDKs, and integration technologies, and are knowledgeable about enterprise-grade requirements like security, scalability, compliance, and data governance.
Data-Driven and ROI Focused: You are deeply focused on metrics and understand how to measure the ROI of integration initiatives.
