The financial and administrative monitoring of construction sites is extremely complex and time-consuming.
Graneet was born in 2020 from this observation, with the aim of bringing precision and real-time visibility to the management of SMEs in the construction industry. The aim is to speed up and improve processes - from quotation to invoice - with real-time monitoring of margins per site. Over the past 3 years, a growing number of companies have been using Graneet on a daily basis to protect their profitability.
Today, Graneet has just over forty employees, more than 500 customers and has raised 10.5 million euros with a common mission: **To help small and medium-sized building and civil engineering companies build solid, sustainable businesses. **🚀

Graneet was developed for the construction industry, for the SME that build and renovate our cities.
And despite the importance of the work they do, these SMEs have to operate on sometimes very low margins and often face financial difficulties: they are forced to start work and pay for supplies before they are paid themselves, they have to operate in a fiercely competitive environment, and they are too often paid late, sometimes to the point where they are forced to close down.
As a result, almost 10,000 construction companies go bankrupt every year.
Graneet was created in response to this challenge, with the aim of helping SMEs in the building and civil engineering sector to protect their profitability, from the office to the construction site. The ambition is to become a global platform that consolidates, organizes, pilots and optimizes all the activities of SMEs in the building and civil engineering sector.
