Graneet is first and foremost a passionate and stimulating team that enjoys working together, for real! Our team life is animated by several rituals:

• An All Hands to synchronize everyone at the beginning of the week.
• A Town Hall once a month to update everyone on the progress of OKRs.
• Tech, Product and Customer Success teams do a daily stand-up to kick off the day.
• The Sales team does a weekly kick-off and closing.
• On Fridays, everyone has the opportunity to ask questions anonymously, which are addressed to the All Hands: Ask me Anything.
• A Graneet Talk every two weeks to share cross-team ideas.
• A bi-weekly Demo Tech to present new features in progress or developed.
• Seminars twice a year to reflect on Graneet's key issues, but above all to spend time together as a team!

The Sales team, led by Raffaello, is now made up of 11 people: 5 Sales Development Representatives and 6 Account Executives. The SDRs are responsible for prospecting SMB managers, while the AEs handle demos, closing and inbound leads. The team is being structured and strengthened in 2024, and we plan to reinforce the team with 10 new recruits. Our recruitment strategy is bottom-line: we recruit SDRs to develop them as AEs in the future. The team's main challenges are:

• Pursue commercial expansion** in France, tripling our revenue by 2024.
• Create a qualified lead generation machine in close collaboration with the Marketing team.

The CS team, led by Laurène, Head of Customer Success, is made up of 4 people: 3 Customer Success Managers and 1 Customer Success Engineer. The CSMs are in charge of onboarding and customer support, while maintaining a commercial role and a link with the Product team. The Customer Success Engineers respond to customers' more technical concerns, and have a project management role to optimize customer and CSM paths. The team works cross-functionally with all the other teams at Graneet: from sales to technology. Their objectives for 2024 are :

• Scaling up: continue to deliver excellent service to a fast-growing number of customers.
• Customer activation: guarantee the efficiency of the onboarding process to accelerate time-to-value.
• Revenue generation: develop upsell and cross-sell strategy while reducing churn.

The Marketing team is very young and in full development, and currently comprises the Head of Marketing and a Growth Manager.

The team's challenges in 2024 are to :

• Build the marketing strategy from A to Z: lead generation issues via paid channels, outbound, SEO, etc.
• Implement the foundations of a new branding.
• Work on the entire funnel, with topics such as activation, referral and upsell.

The Product team, led by one of our co-founders and CPO, Enzo, is made up of 4 people: 2 Product Managers and 2 Product Designers. Integrated into our two squads, they work hand in hand with the Tech team. Their objectives are :

• Consolidate the existing product by going deeper into the business functionalities of the building industry.
• Make Graneet the global platform for small and medium-sized construction companies by creating an ecosystem of partner tools.
• Add an embedded finance dimension to distribute financial services within the platformㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ

The Tech team, led by one of our co-founders and CTO, Raphaël, is made up of 10 people. Integrated into our two squads, they work hand in hand with the Product team. There are many challenges for the Tech & Product teams:

• Developing innovative functionalities quickly and with quality compared with the incumbents.
• Maintain a robust, available, scalable and secure application** to ensure high user satisfaction.
• Continuously improve our processes and technical bricks to reinvent ourselves and prepare for the coming scale. Because yes, we're going to grow!
