The position

Job description

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the product team, responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our product features. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that our product is effectively understood and communicated internally and to our clients and prospects. Your role will be critical in driving alignment across teams and ensuring our product meets market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new product features and enhancements that align with our product roadmap. This includes creating launch plans and coordinating cross- functional efforts to ensure successful feature rollouts. Develop engaging communication strategies to ensure clients and prospects are informed and excited about our offerings.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits. Collaborate with the sales/CS teams to create sales enablement materials, such as product datasheets, presentations, and training resources, that effectively communicate the value of our products and support their selling efforts.

Market Research and Customer Feedback: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and positioning. This includes analyzing industry trends, assessing competitor offerings. Collect and analyze feedback from customers and prospects to continuously refine our product offerings, identify pain points, and better meet market needs.


Preferred experience

  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company.

  • Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape and customer buying behaviors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Native or fluent in English

Recruitment Process:

  1. Video call with Audrey (HR Manager) – 30 minutes.

  2. First interview with Paul (Head of Product) – 30 minutes

  3. Case study preparation

  4. Final interview with Jérôme (CPO) and Paul (Head of Product) – 1 hour to present the case study, followed by a Q&A session to assess the candidate’s approach, problem-solving abilities, and cultural/team fit.
