Starting 2020, Hiflow expanded into Europe with the opening of Belgium, followed by Spain (2022) and Italy (2024).
To adapt to local specificities, the international teams are made up of:
A Country Manager, to steer strategy and support team growth, as well as oversee strategic sales negotiations,
Sales and Customer Success Managers, in charge of forging commercial partnerships with major players in the automotive sector,
Operations Officers, who ensure the smooth running of transport operations and manage relations with independent drivers.
Marta arrived in 2022 as the team's first employee in Spain!
She played a key role in opening up this new market, establishing the first commercial partnerships and working closely with our Product, Tech and Operations teams in developing Hiflow in Spain.
After founding and growing his own company in the mobility sector, Rafa joined Hiflow in 2024 as Country Manager for Spain.
An entrepreneur at heart, he is helping us to conquer this new market, in particular by defining, structuring and implementing a strategy based on local challenges.
Reporting to Maxime, our COO, the Operations Division comprises 5 teams whose role is to coordinate and provide logistical support for all deliveries.

The HUB team is responsible for supporting and monitoring the operations of our customer Ayvens.
The Partner Ops team develops and coordinates the network of independent professional drivers.
The Customer Ops team ensures delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
The CSM ( Customer Success Manager) team is in charge of day-to-day support and customer satisfaction.
After working in the FoodTech industry, Maxime joined Hiflow in 2023 as Chief of Operations to meet the new challenges associated with the company's growth.
On a day-to-day basis, he supervises 4 operational teams, participates in the smooth running of the logistics flow and implements a robust strategy to support Hiflow's long-term development.
Starting in the summer of 2021, Inès began her career with Hiflow in the Transfer Ops department.
Her desire to develop her customer expertise led her to specialize in operational relations with some of our customers.
When the Operations division was restructured, Inès was promoted to Quality Team Leader.
Our Product team designs, deploys and optimizes our digital platform, according to the needs of our users - customers, professional drivers and internal teams - and in line with Hiflow's strategic objectives.
