We have set up a Happiness Team, made up of employees who volunteer to organize and host activities throughout the year.
Solo or in a team, soccer, rock climbing, yoga, pilates, Crossfit... With Gymlib, there's no reason not to get involved!
Once a month, our Happiness Team organizes events with a variety of activities: olympiads, escape games, cooking classes, dance classes, music classes, karaoke, blind tests... You never know what to expect, except to have a good time!
Once a year, the whole Hiflow Team gets together for several days, away from the office, for collective brainstorming workshops, teambuilding activities and a chance to unwind.
Once every 3 months, we invite all internationals and remotes to our offices in Paris. It's an opportunity to get together, exchange ideas and celebrate!

As the market leader in France, and with a presence in Spain, Belgium and Italy, we play a key role in a transitioning sector. Digitization, the boom in long and med-term rentals and the transition to electric vehicles ⚡️ are all changes we are helping to bring about.

During a few days of seminar, and through a methodology oriented around collective intelligence, all our teams get together to think about objectives and actions aligned with the company's vision 👥.
To structure this project, several volunteer employees - the Fly Masters - have been trained in team coaching.
