Product team

Our Product team's main mission is to support Hiflow's strategy through developments on our platform. Our challenge: to identify, design and deploy the most impactful innovations in close collaboration with our users and developers. The team brings together a variety of profiles (PM, Designer, Data Scientist, QA) committed to designing intuitive user experiences and a high-performance offering.

The recruitment process takes approximately 3 weeks to 1 month.

Step 1: HR call with Solène or Louise-Charlotte, from the recruitment team (30min)

Step 2: Job interview with Edouard, the CTO (1h)

Step 3: Case study with the CTO and the Team Leader involved in the position (1h30)

Step 4: Culture Fit in Hiflow's offices to meet the team (2h)

Founded in 2012, Hiflow is a digital platform (web and mobile), revolutionizing single car delivery. đźš™

Our mission? To enable our customers (Stellantis, Europcar, Tesla, Ayvens, Arval...) to move their vehicles from point A to point B thanks to a fast, simple solution and a network of over 10,000 independent drivers.

As the market leader in France, and with a presence in Spain, Belgium and Italy, we play a key role in a transitioning sector. Digitization, the boom in long and med-term rentals and the transition to electric vehicles ⚡️ are all changes we are helping to bring about.

In 2023, Hiflow is writing a new chapter in its history with the support of CAPFM (Crédit Agricole), now our main shareholder, to achieve our ultimate goal: unlocking mobility across Europe 🚀.

Each year, we work on a Development Plan with the aim of defining Hiflow's strategic directions for the coming year. 🚀

During a few days of seminar, and through a methodology oriented around collective intelligence, all our teams get together to think about objectives and actions aligned with the company's vision đź‘Ą.

To structure this project, several volunteer employees - the Fly Masters - have been trained in team coaching.
