We are hiring a passionate and highly motivated Head of Desk for our UK business.
Under the supervision of the Country Manager, you will manage the entire sales cycle.
What you will do
- Managing a sales team
- Training and coaching your sales team
- Creating a commercial action plan to reach the team’s targets
- Helping to develop your sales team’s portfolios of clients
- Applying the corporate sales strategy
- Coaching the members of your team to manage negotiation with clients
- Helping the members of your team to prepare high-value clients’ meetings and accompanying them on meetings
- Reporting the team’s activity to your manager
- Managing of sales process
- Making sure your team updates information through the CRM (Salesforce)
What do you bring?
- Strong experience in selling B2B solutions
- Experience working on a sales role in financial services / in banking or a first experience working on the FX market and international payments
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
- 1 to 2 years of experience in management
- Knowledge of the UK Corporates market
- You have been a coach for young talents in a previous managerial experience
- You have skills to motivate a sales team
- You have proven communication skills, you are able to create commitment with your interlocutors
- You are at ease with a cold calling approach, you are a good negotiator, and you know how to build a confident relationship with C-Level interlocutors
- You are able to manage and to develop a sales team
- You are proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking)
