On the eve of its fifteenth anniversary, the Institut du Cerveau's ambition is clear: to continue its progress as one of the world's leading neuroscience research institutes. The Institute is fortunate to be able to count on the support of its partners and donors to achieve this ambitious change of scale. Paris Brain Institute’ scientific and medical strategy is based on a transdisciplinary, synergistic approach combining fundamental and translational research, clinical expertise and support for cutting-edge technological platforms.

Our vision is to produce world-class research, combining scientific creativity with therapeutic finality:

• Create a research “strike force”, which has led us to recruit the best French researchers ranked by the Haut Conseil de l'évaluation de la recherche et de l'enseignement supérieur (HCERES) and the best foreign investigators evaluated by the International Scientific Council.
• Provide state-of-the-art technological research platforms.
• Develop “translational” multidisciplinary research, networking with industrial partners and the best French and international research centers.

At Paris Brain Institute, the best researchers are involved on a daily basis with a clear objective: to achieve concrete results for patients.
