In a context of strong growth, L-Acoustics is looking to reinforce its Market Intelligence Teams.


Responsibilities
Within the Sales and Business Development division, reporting to the Director of Market Intelligence, the Market Intelligence & Business Analyst will play a key role in developing our market intelligence critical to our strategic development. Department mission and responsibilities cover market research, competitive analysis, Industry trends, sales forecasting models, benchmarking, sales lead generation.

More precisely, his/her responsibilities will include :


Data Sourcing

  • Consolidate and develop sources of intelligence from trade organizations, research firms, field feedback, competitors communication, media and cloud intel providers

  • Build and maintain a market Intelligence Library on our internal servers, manage rights and classify intel for easy transversal access by our teams

  • Participate in elaboration of customer, users and influencers surveys, as well as defining RFQs to research firms for custom research.

Intel Processing

  • Prepare executive summaries from research reports

  • Process and present polls and questionnaires

  • Prepare pertinent BI reports from quantitative research

  • Explore new AI intel processing tools

Insights Communication

  • Publish, present and share research to our product management, sales and business development teams

  • Share regular Intel newsletter and breaking news to our teams worldwide.

Skills & Experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field 

  • Previous experience in market research required 

  • Knowledge of software applications including SAS and SPSS 

  • Experience with various survey tools and market databases 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining 

  • Working knowledge with CRM programs, leads collection and marketing outreach 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
