Tech team
The Tech team consists of three main areas:
- Network and Infrastructure: Team members maintain and improve the Legos technical platform, which runs on a private cloud network under Legos control.
- OSS: Team focuses on telecom business and develops software for a convergent fixed-mobile operator network, ensuring high availability.
- BSS: This area focuses on integration and development, enabling platform interaction with customers and partners through APIs and integrating services into the Legos IS.

Organization and methodologies
Our team members plan and manage projects based on priority levels. Meetings with the team leader are held bi-monthly to track progress and adjust priorities. Weekly team meetings focus on priority one projects. Collaboration and teamwork are emphasized in daily operations.
