Job Description

Within our MEA (Middle East & Africa) regional HR team, you will participate in HR topics for our entities based in Ethiopia, Kenya, UAE, Ivory Coast, and Algeria: 

  • Recruitment (interviews, onboarding)
  • Following the probation period for new hires
  • Monitoring our HR induction tool. Ensuring that the information recorded for the entities is always accurate and up to date
  • Assisting in updating job descriptions
  • Posting job ads
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Search for HR service providers internationally when needed
  • Follow the events happening in our entities and provide a monthly brief to the Regional Communication Executive during the monthly communication meeting
  • Internal communication support (newcomers announcement, anniversary messages, organisation of events, etc)

Preferred experience

  • You are studying for a Master in HR or equivalent and you are looking for a 2 years apprentice contract
  • A first internship in a Human Resources Department is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
  • Pragmatic, autonomous
  • Energetic, hands-on, result driven and go-getting with a strong passion for excellence and attention to operational details
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from various levels and functions within the area. You are able to work in an international environment and to adapt to other cultures.
