My career at Lesaffre began in 2020 with a two-year international corporate volunteering (VIE) opportunity in Abidjan. I started my VIE as a market manager for 5 countries in Central and West Africa. In 2021, my manager entrusted me with the management of 2 additional countries, proof of the growing trust that Lesaffre placed in me. At the end of my VIE, in 2022, the Group offered me a permanent contract, a significant step in my professional development. At Lesaffre, internal mobility is not a concept, it is a reality.
