Job Description

📍 About Cedar Rapids, Iowa:

🧰 What you’ll do:

💧 Support strategic CAPEX projects to remove process bottlenecks and boost capacity
🧪 Improve quality zoning and lead maintenance & optimization initiatives
⚙️ Manage equipment upgrades, verify spare part stocks, and help implement preventive maintenance
🌱 Co-create with our CSR engineer to develop energy & water-saving solutions


Preferred experience

🎓 Who we’re looking for:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

🔧 Solid knowledge in mechanical engineering & fluid mechanics

📐 Ability to read and create technical drawings (CAD)

🧠 Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

💻 Skilled with CAD software, Excel, email tools

💬 Strong communication and teamwork mindset

⚡ Bonus: experience in industrial maintenance and project management
