Czech technology company Livesport was founded in 2006 by Martin Hájek and Jiří Mareš. Initially, their website Livesport.cz was targeted at Czech users, but the company soon began expanding its services under the Flashscore brand to other European countries and beyond to other continents. After web platforms, mobile applications for Android and iOS followed in 2013.
Currently, Livesport provides users with scores, statistics, news, and other instant information from more than 35 different sports. Every month, about 100 million people from around the world open one of the websites or apps provided by Livesport.
The Livesport team is truly diverse. It comprises men and women of all age groups with various experiences and a passion for sports. They share a common trait: they learn from mistakes, continually strive to improve performance while always honoring fair play and being team players. They expect the same from others as well. Despite having over 270 employees at Livesport, a relaxed and open atmosphere is maintained. During the recruitment process, you will participate in several meetings where both parties determine if they are a suitable match for each other.
The main product (Flashscore) is entirely developed directly within Livesport: from the initial idea to user presentation. Internal teams handle every stage – data collection, development, operations, marketing, and sales. At the Aspira Business Centre in Butovice where the company is located, you can encounter experts in all areas addressed by this global tech firm.
