  • The BizOps team analyzes the quality of customer service and claims management, identifies areas for improvement, designs performance dashboards, and leads strategic projects to drive continuous optimization.

  • The Customer Service team represents the voice of our customers, resolving complex issues with a clear, simple, and solution-oriented approach.

Meet Audrey, BizOps France & CSE Member - Luko by Allianz Direct France

Meet Audrey, BizOps France & CSE Member

Audrey joined the company two and a half years ago, starting in the CRM team, where she managed customer communications to boost loyalty and reduce churn. She then moved to the BizOps team within Operations to focus on a key challenge: improving the customer experience during claims handling. As a BizOps Manager, Audrey optimizes operational processes to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As a member of the Works Council, she is also actively involved in fostering company culture.
Passionate about trail running and marathons, she inspires her colleagues to join midday runs and unwinds by painting watercolors of landscapes inspired by her travels.

Meet Yohann, Claim Manager - Luko by Allianz Direct France

Meet Yohann, Claim Manager

Yohann has been a claims manager since 2023. His role involves supporting policyholders through the claims process, managing each step from A to Z, from the declaration to the compensation. He ensures compliance with insurance laws and specific agreements while maintaining a rigorous follow-up and clear communication with policyholders and partners (such as experts and repairers).

After joining our team as an apprentice during his second year of master's studies, Yohann had the opportunity to continue on a permanent contract after a successful year. Passionate about running, football, cinema, and fashion, he initially studied and gained professional experience in banking before transitioning into insurance.

With 12 team members, the Platform team serves as the central pillar supporting and coordinating French's operations. The team ensures effective governance and the smooth daily operations of the company.

Meet Fiona, Finance Analyst - Luko by Allianz Direct France

Meet Fiona, Finance Analyst

Fiona has been a financial analyst since October 2023. She works for the operational and central finance teams (based in Munich), ensuring the reliability of reporting and providing the necessary information for decision-making. Her role combines run (closing, reporting) and project management (overhauling financial processes to secure cash flows).

Passionate about sports, she practices running, cycling, and bootcamp. Occasionally, you might spot Thanos, her dog, at the office, who is also her best running partner. Fiona has lived in 4 countries: Germany, Ireland, Canada, and has traveled across West Africa. She was even charged by a rhino in Senegal!

Rencontrez Fanny, CEO - Luko by Allianz Direct France

Rencontrez Fanny, CEO

Fanny has been the CEO of Allianz Direct in France since August 2023. In February 2024, she took the reins to welcome and guide the teams and clients of Luko, aiming to build a solid business that meets the needs of our clients.

Outside of her professional life, Fanny is a mother of three young daughters and, together with her husband, they have implemented a strictly balanced family organization, allowing both of them to pursue their professional passions.

Fanny lived for 6 years in Wales and knows only 3 words in Welsh. She also has a rather useless talent for memorizing song lyrics and can even rap.

She believes in active leadership, close to both teams and clients, based on respect and collective performance.

Tech, Data and Product

With 32 team members divided across Tech (20), Data (3), and Product (9), this team is at the heart of innovation at Allianz Direct. Organized into tribes, they design, develop, and optimize technological solutions and products that simplify our customers' experience.

Tech develops and maintains a robust and high-performing infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Data transforms raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and the continuous improvement of our services.
Product defines and drives the product vision, ensuring every feature meets customer needs and delivers real value.

In 2025, the team will transition to a centralized tech platform at the group level, with migration starting in January 2025 and concluding by the end of 2025.

With 7 members distributed across SEO (3), CRM (1), Brand Design (1), and strategic positions currently being recruited (Head of Marketing, Partnership Manager, Lead Brand, and CRM Lead), the Growth team embodies the commercial ambition of Allianz Direct.

In a post-M&A context, following the acquisitions of Luko and Fri:day, the team relies on strategic investments in branding, acquisition, and business partnerships to drive sustainable growth.

Pricing experts design and enhance pricing models to ensure our products remain attractive while being profitable.

Rencontrez Julie, Souscripteur

Julie has been an Underwriter for 3 years, part of the Underwriting and Pricing team in France. She is responsible for defining new insurance products and optimizing existing ones, particularly in the home insurance sector. Her role involves assessing risks, adjusting coverages, and ensuring the competitiveness of the offerings, while also focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Passionate about photography, truffle pasta, and running (thanks to Strava!), she spent two and a half years in New Zealand, where she improved her English. Along with her partner, she bought a 1988 van, which they renovated to travel around the country!
