As we scale CarCutter, our flagship solution, we're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead high-impact client integrations and build the foundations of our Solutions Engineering team.
In this hands-on role, you’ll drive complex onboarding and integration projects, act as the main technical contact for key clients, and bring structure to our team and processes. You’ll be both a technical reference and a conductor, orchestrating internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable integrations.
You’ll also help lay the foundation for how Solutions Engineering operates at Diffusely designing playbooks, building documentation, and scaling onboarding processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
5+ years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in Python, API integrations (REST, GraphQL), and scripting on Linux systems.
Solid experience in project management, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects to completion.
A growth mindset, you’re excited to build processes and best practices from scratch.
Hands-on and proactive, you’re just as comfortable writing code as you are jumping on a client call or structuring documentation.
Excellent client-facing skills, able to explain complex topics clearly, manage expectations, and build trust.
You’re highly adaptable and comfortable in a rapidly changing business and industry.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
