As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce instance to support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will ensure the platform is properly configured, maintained, and aligned with business processes to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, role hierarchies, security controls, and data validation
Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
Develop and optimize workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes
Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for various stakeholders
Manage data quality through regular audits, duplicate management, and data cleansing initiatives
Coordinate integration of Salesforce with other platforms (Hubspot, n8n, BigQuery, Metabase)
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper usage
Document system configurations, processes, and policies
Stay current on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential implementation
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration best practices
Experience with:
User management and security profiles/permission sets
Custom objects, fields, and relationships
Page layouts, Lightning Pages and record types
Flow development
Report and dashboard creation
Data import/export tools and data management
Validation rules and formula fields
Proficiency in managing Salesforce AppExchange applications
Experience with data migration and integration tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Fluent in English; French language skills highly valued
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
Experience with other CRM systems (Hubspot)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase)
Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n)
Experience in a SaaS or technology startup environment
