The position

Job description

Within a team of 10 people and reporting to the Director of Human Resources at Meetic, you will be responsible for Personnel Administration. You will serve as a key contact for employees from their arrival and throughout their tenure with the company.

In parallel, you will assist the HR Director in managing relations with employee representatives.

Depending on your interests and affinities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to numerous projects in collaboration with team members and other departments.

Personnel Administration (France)

  • Administrative onboarding and welcoming of new employees
  • Drafting contracts, amendments, and various certificates
  • Tracking leaves and managing sick leave
  • Relations with occupational health services (“Médecine du travail”)
  • Entering and updating our HRIS (Workday)
  • Managing employee files (sick leave, DPAE, resignation letters, Cerfa filing, Urssaf declarations, etc.)
  • Managing the “Forfait Mobilité Durable” (via Worklife) and meal vouchers (EdenRed)
  • Administration of offboarding processes
  • Training Administration

  • Administrative follow-up of training (skills development plan, registrations, invoicing, etc.)
  • Liaison with the OPCO
  • Managing student files (internship and apprenticeship agreements)
  • Supporting HRBPs on this topic
  • Management of Mandatory HR Elements / Cross-cutting HR Topics

  • Maintaining the HR calendar
  • Updating the BDESE
  • Assisting in drafting the DUERP (single risk assessment document)
  • Controlling and updating mandatory displays
  • Monitoring autonomous executive interviews process
  • Monitoring professional interviews process

  • Assisting the Works Council (CSE) President
  • Organizing meetings (drafting agendas and invitations)

  • Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +2 / 3) in Human Resources Management
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum in personnel administration
  • Proficiency in Workday is a plus
  • A good level of English is essential for this position (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Experience in payroll, social relations, and training management is an additional asset, but training will be provided if needed
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills (written/oral), team player, ability to collaborate efficiently, prioritization skills, time management
  • Ideally, you are available from September 2024.
