moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.

- We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

- Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.

Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 250 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 200,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 60 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

As we continue to grow, your role will be pivotal in driving key initiatives that build a thriving, high-performance culture.

Daily, you will work on:

1. People & Culture

Retaining key talent and driving performance are top priorities.

You will have the opportunity to define the roadmap with the co-founder in charge of HR topics and execute it. The priority subjects for the upcoming months are:

- Performance Management: Simplify performance review processes and support managers in facilitating effective performance and development discussions.

- Career Development: Enhance growth pathways that support long-term employee development and retention.

- Employee Engagement: Improve E-NPS by launching and analyzing surveys and implementing action plans.

- Culture: Continue developing and nurturing our culture to create a genuine performance lever and evaluation tool.

- Manager and People Partner: Support managers with their challenges.

2. Recruitment

While high-volume hiring isn’t anticipated for 2025, maintaining efficiency and precision in filling essential roles is crucial (estimation of ~10 recruitments in 2025)

- Partner with team heads to understand role requirements, develop comprehensive scorecards, and create compelling job descriptions.

- Proactive Sourcing: Lead sourcing strategies to identify top talent and actively engage potential candidates.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full recruitment cycles, from initial screening to final offers, while providing consistent feedback and optimizing recruitment practices.

- Talent Pool Management: Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline to anticipate future staffing needs.

- Employer Branding: Champion employer brand initiatives to attract and retain the right talent.

- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance and refine the recruitment process to ensure it remains effective and efficient.

3. HR Operations

HR operations are vital to ensuring our team’s seamless and effective performance.

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead each stage of the employee journey, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive and structured experience.

- Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of contracts, certificates, and ensure compliance with current labor laws and best practices.

- Payroll: Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.

- Legal: Manage all legal issues in collaboration with lawyers.

4. Office Management & Events

Our office should inspire motivation and collaboration.

- Operational Efficiency: Ensure daily office functions run smoothly, managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.

- Event Planning: Lead the organization of major team activities, including the annual seminar, quarterly meetings, and team celebrations.

- Workplace Enhancement: Lead initiatives that create a positive, energetic work environment for all employees.

5. Cross-functionally:

Act as an ambassador within the HR ecosystem : Lead by example—participate in HR events, engage with communities, and share best practices on LinkedIn and communities.

  • You have 5+ years of HR experience, including 2 years in talent acquisition.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and English.
  • You’re adept at summarizing information and making complex topics easy to understand.
  • You navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence and finesse.
  • You understand French labor law and keep up with HR and recruitment trends.
  • You’re proactive, highly organized, and thrive in a multitasking environment.
  • You bring a service-oriented mindset focused on delivering value.
