The Product team (5 people) specifies and oversees the implementation of product developments. Each Product Owner is responsible for a domain and leads a development team in an agile manner. At the end of each sprint, they must demonstrate the new features and update the product documentation.

The Tech and DevOps team (33 people) manages the development and testing of versions as well as SaaS operations. The teams are primarily based in Morocco and are organized into the following divisions: an architecture division, a back-end development division (Java), a front-end development division (React JS), a QA division (Selenium for front-end and Postman for APIs), and a DevOps division (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
The technical teams work 100% remotely.
Jean-Bertrand Rouquette, VP of Engineering
The Customer Success team (8 people) is the true voice of the customer at Opencell. It collaborates with the business teams in pre-sales processes and responses to RFIs and RFPs, and advises and trains our clients and partners in the implementation and operation of the solution. The team plays a critical role in updating and conducting our Opencell Academy training, which provides both functional and technical certification training on the Opencell solution.
Raynald Bardin, Chief Customer Officer
The Business team (8 people) is responsible for commercializing the solution both in France and internationally.
Deal generation involves direct outbound hunting led by our account executives, an inbound channel managed by our marketing & communication teams, and channel management aimed at creating a flow of common opportunities with our strategic partners.
Each salesperson has a complete toolkit (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator...). As soon as an opportunity is identified and qualified, they are supported in closing by a dedicated pre-sales expert who is an expert on the solution.
Marin Guérault, Account Executive
The Management team oversees and manages all support functions of the company (finance, controlling, accounting, HR, and legal).
It produces reporting and KPIs used for the daily management of the company and works closely with other departments for commercial monitoring (updating HubSpot CRM, invoice tracking, etc.) and time tracking for project management.
