Our 1:1 management means a management style that emphasizes regular one-on-one meetings between a manager and each employee to discuss work progress, provide feedback, set goals, and address concerns, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing individualized support and guidance.
Feedback is one of our main growth drivers. We exchange immediate, candid and constructive feedback as an enabler for our strong team. From the interns to the CEO we all get and take feedback seriously.

In P3 we believe, Team events are valuable for building stronger teams, improving communication, boosting morale, and encouraging creativity and innovation in the workplace. We organize worldwide many events and activities, allowing our employees to network. In France we organize twice a month an evening event in the office to catch up on current objectives and news within P3, afterwards we get together with some food and drinks. In our season planning workshop once per quarter we define together our short-term objectives (OKRs), organized in various locations in France or Germany. As hard work is rewarded - P3 has several events like P3 Surf, P3 Snow, Summer and Christmas parties, and more.
