After creating a first company in high school, our CEO’s knew they wanted to embark on a new adventure together.
They knew that together they were capable of great ambitions.
They decided to tackle a universal problem, often considered complex and tedious: payroll management.
For them, the solution was obvious: they had to automate payroll-related tasks.
After months of work, they created JetLang.
This unique programming language, created by PayFit and for PayFit, now makes it possible to easily integrate all social regulations into our solution.
Today, they wish to address a broader issue: how to make work a source of fulfillment for all?

Why do we have values?
Our values encompass the beliefs, philosophies, and principles that drive our business.
They impact our own employee experience as well as the relationship we develop with our customers, partners, and shareholders.
These four values are embedded in our DNA and have been crucial in our growth and success.
Our values are inspirational.
However, they are not inherently actionable.
They are achieved through the implementation of behaviours.
Our behaviours outline how an action is performed.
There are six behaviours at PayFit, and each one has been designed to guide how PayFiters work individually and collectively and communicate with each other.
I strive to make progress on my topics with clear owners and actions that strike the right balance between high standards and efficiency.
I provide honest and respectful feedback, regardless of who I communicate with.
I get straight to the point and elaborate when necessary.
I engage in debate and express my opinions.
Once decisions are made, I support them.
I contribute to the success of PayFit first.
Next, I focus on my team’s success and then my own.
I first look for solutions to problems and then ask for help when I’m stuck.
Our approach to diversity and inclusion (D&I) is based on improving the diversity of our teams and fostering an inclusive culture.

At PayFit, apart from our main mission- to make entrepreneur´s life easier, we always wanted to have a positive Impact- both on the environment and socially.
We understand that we have to take responsibility and know that by setting the right example, we can help influence those within our ecosystem—e.g. PayFiters, customers, and partners.
Starting from 2021, we have been developing our CSR vision, working on setting clear goals and ways to achieve them.
We prioritize simplicity and strive to make a meaningful contribution to global carbon neutrality.
Our objective is to decrease our CO2 emissions by 5% annually.
To accomplish this, we've established specific carbon budgets for each department at PayFit and provided clear guidelines.
Regularly, we organize meetups to explore the most effective ways to create a positive impact.
We encourage PayFit team members to commute to the office using trains.
We've implemented sustainable practices in our offices, such as eliminating disposable cutlery and mugs, exclusively using eco-labeled cleaning products, and providing recycling bins.
Additionally, our French office reduces energy consumption by closing a section of the office on select days each week.
