Overview:

As the Senior Marketing Manager for France, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing. Your mission is to elevate PayFit's marketing strategy and drive business growth in France across our two key segments: Entrepreneurs and SMBs. Working closely with the Marketing teams (Growth, Content, PMM, and Brand) and the French sales leadership, you'll be responsible for building the pipeline, increasing GPMRR, and achieving key revenue and market goals. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and own the France marketing strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing plan, considering all factors that influence key touchpoints along the user journey.
  • Lead marketing execution: Oversee France-specific programs such as integrated campaigns, tradeshows, PayFit events/webinars, referral programs, influence strategy, and reviews.
  • Identify business opportunities: Collaborate with key PayFit partners to execute co-marketing activities that drive mutual growth.
  • Partner with sales leadership: Be the trusted partner to France sales leadership, leading the development of marketing strategy for all channels to achieve business growth targets.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Growth, Content, PMM, and Brand teams to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness in all marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget: Optimize resource allocation to ensure impactful results while maximizing ROI.
  • Analyze and report: Track key performance metrics, reporting results to the Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing, and offer solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor: Manage a Marketing Specialist, fostering their growth and success.

We’d love to meet you with:

  • 7-8 years of experience in B2B marketing within a high-tech, software, or SaaS company (HR/Payroll experience preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience managing individual contributors
  • Expertise in the French market (culture, behavior, trends)
  • Proven experience in building and executing B2B go-to-market strategies for both demand and lead generation
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside sales teams and other cross-functional marketing teams (Growth, Content, PMM, Brand)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce (or similar tools)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on metrics and performance analytics
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Passion for helping small businesses thrive.
  • Native French speaker,  with advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken), and the ability to communicate effectively at a high level across diverse professional settings.


Hiring Process:

  1. Discovery Call (in English): Meet with a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an initial chat (45 minutes).
  2. Interview with Senior Leadership: Meet Louise, Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing (60 minutes).
  3. Team Meeting & Business Case (in English): Meet with Marketing team members (Gloria, Jenna, Julie, and Gabrielle) to discuss a concrete business case (1.5 hours).
  4. Sales Alignment Interview: Final interview with the Sales team to ensure alignment (20 minutes).
