As an Engineering Manager, you’ll:

• ⚙️ Guide & Inspire: Set the roadmap and help decide how we build systems that scale gracefully.

• 🗓️ 2+ years in engineering management.

🧑‍💻 Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years coding in Python/Rust or any other OOP language

• Backend systems: API design, microservices, frameworks

• Databases & SQL: Relational databases, data modeling

• Git: Revision control workflows

• Engineering mindset: Build, test, analyze, simplify—take smart shortcuts when needed

🧩 Nice-to-Have Skills:

• B2B enterprise SaaS background

• ERP or Banking-as-a-Service integration experience

• Serverless infrastructure (AWS), event-driven architecture know-how
