Payflows is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Product Management to join our team. Your objective is to develop and enhance our product offerings to maximize value for finance teams, including CFOs, treasurers, and procurement managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build our Product Strategy
Define and execute a clear product vision aligned with Payflows’ growth objectives.
Prioritize initiatives that deliver the most value to finance teams.
Build a Detailed Knowledge of Our Users
Deeply understand the needs, challenges, and workflows of CFOs, treasurers, and procurement teams.
Conduct user research, interviews, and market analysis to guide product development.
Interact with Users & Gather Feedback
Engage with our customers regularly to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to capture user insights.
Develop & Optimize Key Features
Lead the design, development, and rollout of new features that enhance automation, compliance, and efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data teams to iterate on the product.
Ensure a Smooth Go-to-Market Strategy
Work with Marketing, Sales, and CSM teams to ensure product launches are successful.
Create training materials and documentation to help users adopt new features seamlessly.
Leverage Data for Decision-Making
Use a data-driven approach to prioritize developments and validate assumptions.
Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a PM in fast-paced tech companies, ideally in fintech.
Strong product vision and the ability to align teams around a shared cross team objective.
Comfortable with complex business domains such as payments, treasury, procurement, accounting, and financial automation.
Excellent communication skills – you master both verbal and written communication to interact effectively with users and internal teams.
Problem-solving mindset – proactive in identifying issues and developing creative, data-driven solutions.
Tech-savvy – comfortable working with product management tools and collaborating with technical teams.
Detail-oriented – precise in documenting product knowledge and gathering structured user feedback.
Empathy – ability to understand and relate to user needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Fluent in English – professional proficiency required.
