Sales Team : π
The Sales team combines sales and pre-sales functions. π Its mission is to identify and offer the best solutions for our customers. The team is made of :
- Sales Development Representative (SDR) who are responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads.
- Sales Engineers, who support Sales in commercial proposals and provide their expertise in market studies.
- Senior Account Executives, responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and maintaining a relationship of trust with our customers as well as building their loyalty over the long term.
The team, made up of more than 50 people, is divided into areas of expertise: Direct Sales or Consulting.
Delivery Operations π€
The "Delivery Operations" department is made up of several key players who intervene throughout the project. (Customer Success, Project Support, Scripting, Sampling & Insights)
These consumer research experts are responsible for supporting our clients in the implementation of our social media campaigns, data collection and strategic recommendations. They are the guarantors of success and customer satisfaction (NPS), throughout the project until the delivery of the results.
Talent & Culture π«
The department has 12 people divided into 3 teams, based in France and Montreal:
- The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting the best profiles, supporting managers in their hiring needs and offering the best experience to candidates.
- The HR team is responsible for supporting all employees and developing them in an environment conducive to success.
- The Learning & Development team for whom training, knowledge sharing and skills development of our teams are key elements.
