Our engineering team is small but mighty, consisting of five senior engineers with specialized expertise:

• 2 DevOps Engineers maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

• 1 Backend Engineer focused on API development and server-side logic

• 1 Frontend Engineer crafting intuitive user experiences

• 1 Fullstack Engineer bridging the gap between frontend and backend systems

We work in close collaboration with our product team in two-week cycles, allowing us to iterate quickly while maintaining focus. Our flat structure encourages ownership and autonomy, with our Head of Software providing direction while trusting each team member to excel in their domain.

We embrace a hybrid working model that combines the best of both worlds:

• Office days for high-collaboration activities, brainstorming, and team problem-solving

• Remote days for focused deep work without distractions
