Organization and methodologies
At Predict4Health, we cultivate a methodological approach structured around the Scrum framework.
In an agile spirit, our teams work in iterative cycles with two-week sprints, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency. Each day begins with a “Daily”, an opportunity for each member to share his or her current progress and challenges. Sprints conclude with reviews and retrospectives, the cornerstones of our continuous improvement approach.
Pairing work is encouraged, guaranteeing skills transfer and code excellence. Our people-centered management approach promotes autonomy and collaboration.
Projects and tech challenges
Projet iBox
The iBox project, in collaboration with INSERM, was an exciting technological challenge for Predict4Health.
We took a sophisticated algorithm, originally written in R, and transcoded it into PHP, making it modular and adaptable to various solutions.
This transformation was no simple translation; it required a battery of rigorous tests to ensure that calculations and results remained identical between the two programming languages.
The success of this project testifies to our commitment to merging medical research and cutting-edge technology.
