Creation of Provepharm
Christophe Baralotto and Michel Féraud founded Provepharm with the aim of setting an example in terms of both business and values.
Two "kids" from Marseille, barely out of their teens, had a dream: to build something unique together.
The company built its reputation and, at the same time, launched internal research programs.
One of these concerned a new process for synthesizing methylene blue, which led to the filing of an international patent in 2006. From then on, Provepharm's story accelerated.

At Provepharm, sharing is the basis of all their actions and innovations.

Provepharm relies on the expertise of 160 employees based in France, UK and the USA, and expects to achieve sales of 80 million euros by 2023. Provepharm is an independent, international pharmaceuticals specialties company that leverages the potential of well-known molecules to develop innovative solutions that meet critical unmet hospital needs and help improve patients' lives.
It develops, manufactures and markets a range of products including antidotes and endoscopic and surgical dyes. Provepharm works closely with healthcare professionals and is committed to developing specific services to help them improve clinical practices.
With a team of over 160 employees in offices in France, the USA and the UK, the company distributes its products in over 25 countries worldwide and devotes between 20% and 25% of its revenues to R&D.
Provepharm strives daily to have a positive and significant social, societal and environmental impact in the performance of its activities: this is its purpose. In November 2023, it joined the very select club of pioneering pharmaceutical companies to be certified B Corp.

Most of the profiles they are looking for will have a background in chemistry, biology, medicine or even pharmaceuticals, combining complementary skills in business expertise (marketing, quality, finance, sales, etc.).
