The position

Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HubSpot Administrator to join our Growth department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform to drive lead generation, marketing automation. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot’s suite of tools and the ability to leverage them to support our growth objectives. Additionally, the HubSpot Administrator will work closely with the Operations department to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes with our SFDC.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HubSpot Administration:

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot platform, ensuring it is optimized for performance and user experience for marketing team’s (Fields, Forms, Email & Landing Page Templates)
  • Oversee the integration of HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools (Livestorm, SFDC,Clay)
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  1. Data Management:

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot by regularly conducting audits and cleaning up data.
  • Implement and manage data segmentation strategies to target specific customer segments effectively.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  1. Marketing Automation:

  • Create and manage workflows, email campaigns, and other marketing automation processes to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute automated marketing campaigns.
  • 4. Reporting and Analytics on Hubspot and Salesforce for Marketing teams:
  • Generate and analyze reports on key metrics to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives on Hubspot and Salesforce 
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the Growth department.
  1. Operations Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations department to align HubSpot processes with operational workflows.
  • Ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with operational systems and tools.
  • Work with Operations to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  1. Training and Support:

  • Provide training and ongoing support to HubSpot users across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and administering HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Certification(s) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud is a + 
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and sales enablement processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in creating and managing complex workflows, campaigns, and reports in HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience working closely with Operations departments to align and integrate processes.
