We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity.
We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment.
Created in 2020, Riot has raised $15m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 500,000 employees in over 1,000 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world.
Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. Yet, the cybersecurity culture in most companies is a disaster. Hackers are leveraging this by targeting the weakest link: the employees. We're on a mission to fix that.
As a key member of our Revenue team, you will be instrumental in optimizing sales processes, managing lead generation initiatives, and enhancing our CRM strategy. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you’ll ensure that our teams have streamlined operations, accurate data, and effective workflows to achieve and exceed our growth targets.
What you will do 🤝
Systems administration
- Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing core functions such as user setup, permissions, system audits and data hygiene
- Implement data governance best practices to maintain clean, compliant, and accurate CRM data.
- Manage account provisioning and user enablement for the systems that you own.
Technical Project Management
- Design and optimize our workflows within HubSpot—ensuring pipelines, fields, and automations are tailored for smooth revenue operations.
- Build integrations that sync other internal systems with HubSpot, providing teams with easy access to prospect, customer and product data.
- Scope, document, and execute system enhancements, balancing immediate needs with a scalable, long-term roadmap.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline lead management, optimize lifecycle stages, and standardize processes across teams.
- Manage change effectively, communicating regularly on new features, improvements, and project timelines.
- Provide training and support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, helping them leverage the full potential of our systems features.
