The opportunity:  

You will be part of the Software Club’s Finance team and will work directly with the CEO and CFO to manage and monitor the organization’s finances, performance, and efficiency. You will also actively participate in strategic financial and corporate development projects. 

Your responsibilities:  

 1. Management of financial operations 

• Management of financial monitoring tools and reporting 

• Management of accounting processes (incl. management of external accountant, working closely with financial team in Philippines, closing of the accounts 1x/ year, …) 

• Management of payments (salaries, bank accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payables) 

• Management of internal financial tools (e.g. Spendesk)  

1. Financial and strategic budget monitoring 

• Leadership of the company’s financial monitoring: annual forecasts, strategic budget allocation (working closely with other managers of the company on these topics), cost and performance analytics 

• Implementation of admin and financial process throughout the company’s departments & international offices (France, Egypt, Philippines, Vietnam) 

1. Analytics & controlling, and performance management 

•  KPI setup and performance monitoring 

• Financial data analysis, cost controlling, and performance management 

• Cost optimization projects 

1. Support strategic initiatives related to grants, subsidies, investments, and other funding opportunities.  

• Lead the Crédit Impôt Recherche (CIR) process in collaboration with the leadership team 

• Manage grant and subsidy applications, working closely with BNPP, BPI, and other relevant institutions 

• Assist in the preparation of investment-related events (e.g. fundraising), engaging with investors as needed

Your Qualifications:

• You graduated from a Tier 1 engineering/business school specializing in strategy/corporate finance/investment/engineering 

• You have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, for example in TS in a Big 4. 

• You have excellent analytical skills and Excel skills, you are very rigorous 

• You are a “builder” (of new performance monitoring tools for ex.) and also you make sure that the “run” is ensured 

• You have strong oral and written communication skills in English 

• You are proactive, hands-on, and results-driven. 

• You are very organized, you thrive in fast-paced and agile environments.
