Our 150 or so employees work in 7 offices (Paris, Lyon, Grenoble, Toulouse, New York, Philadelphia and Hong Kong) in a variety of interdisciplinary teams: business (focused on health, innovation, education, business and society) and support (marketing and communications, sales, human development, financial and extra-financial value management, etc.). Science & Innovation Team
The Innovation and Scientific Research teams include researchers and PhD students in neuroscience, cognitive psychology and educational science, as well as data scientists and analysts, engineers and IT technicians. In partnership with a wide range of players (scientific institutions and research laboratories, public partners, start-ups and committed companies, foundations and associations, etc.), they design projects to develop and/or redevelop people's cognitive abilities. By collecting, organizing and valorizing data, our observatory measures the impact and development of individual and collective ability to act.
“What I appreciate about Humans Matter [...] is the freedom we have on a day-to-day basis to propose new things in project management and in the methods we want to use, which enables us to grow.”

Now established in speech therapy, mental health, hearing care... Humans Matter's mission is to work with all healthcare professionals to design courses, activities and training designed to foster collective intelligence and commitment within a community of peers. Some of our projects have been selected by the French Ministry of Health and Solidarity.
