Schneider Electric is strategically organized around multi-hubs, its 3 main hubs across the world being in Singapore, Paris, and Boston.You will be handling the Annual Market Review, which is part of the strategy function and aims at tracking the year over year evolution of Schneider Electric's PAM and market-shares as well as estimating the evolution of our competitors market share. It is a key measure of Schneider Electric's performance, and its output serves as a reference for strategic and operational decisions.The yearly campaign is led by the AMR leader in collaboration with a network of AMR advocates in the Operations and Business Units, and the results are shared with Excom members, Businesses and Operational leaders, Strategy, Marketing and M&A teams.Your responsibilities:The AMR leader is a hands-on leader with experience in driving transformation and cross functional collaboration. The role is absolutely key in the strategy function and gives a unique insight into Schneider Electric's market positioning as well as the opportunity to build a strong network in different parts of the organization. The main responsibilities are described below:

  • Drives and executes the Transformation of the AMR process in line with the SI of the future roadmap:
  • Leads the externalization of PAM estimations and competitor market share data collection
  • Implements AI-driven solutions for rapid, in-depth market and competitor data analyses
  • Enhances data reliability through automated data flows and integration of external sources
  • Develops and continually improves AMR Dashboards with insightful, interactive visualizations and drive adoption
  • Proposes and implements new blueprints to support an evolving AMR process.
  • Executes transformation projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Orchestrates the Global AMR Campaign:
  • Maintains and evolves AMR guidelines, serving as the primary reference for all stakeholders
  • Manages campaign preparation, including network building and perimeter definition and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the campaign output
  • Oversees the integration of new functionalities and historical data reprocessing
  • Provides comprehensive support to the AMR community throughout the campaign
  • Delivers Strategic Insights:
  • Produces annual AMR campaign synthesis for key stakeholders
  • Conducts ad-hoc analyses on market shares and trends to support strategic decision-making
  • Translates data into actionable intelligence for executive leadership
  • Acts as Business Owner of the AMR Process and Data:
  • Ensures seamless data availability and integration across SE processes and functions
  • Collaborates with SE Digital on integration, access rights, and security measures
  • Qualifications
    • Ability to challenge and collaborate across the organization and lead change
    • Ability to be hands-on as well as take a step back and think strategic
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
    • Advanced degree or professional certification in Business Analytics is a plus
    • 8-10 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, or related fields
    • Strong experience in data analytics & data visualization tools
    • Knowledge of Schneider Electric's product offerings and market positioning would be a plus
