We are seeking talented teams to join us in scaling our transformative efforts.Overview:You will be responsible for driving sales strategy, fostering growth, and acquiring new customers for our Smart Building software solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities, building, and maintaining C-level relationships, and driving sales deals through orders close. Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the promotion and adoption of Digital Building Enterprise Software including Planon solutions to our key segments and Enterprise end-user customers
  • Hunting end-user engagements within new and existing Schneider Electric accounts
  • Developing a sound financial business plan when presenting and closing opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Developing a strategic plan to grow the business by identifying target customers / segments with the highest growth potential
  • Directly manage the commercial team and resources associated
  • Effectively lead the sales, commercial, presales and solutions activities within the team focused on clear targets and defined outcomes
  • Developing the 30/60/90-day action plan along with a long-range market strategy for offer growth and competitive positioning
  • Manage effective commercial engagement for the crafting of specific offerings appropriate to customer needs
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years' experience in a business development, sales or account management role selling software / digital / technology solutions
Skills:
  • Strong background selling SaaS / Cloud solutions
  • Outstanding quota attainment history and track record, with a focus on acquiring new customers and growing into new markets
  • Strong understanding of the IWMS and enterprise software landscape and the ability to articulate its value proposition to potential clients is highly desirable
  • A good understanding of and passion for Cloud, IoT/edge, Big Data, Digital Twin, AI, Predictive /Prescriptive Analytics, Smart Building solutions and emerging enterprise technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and drive business growth
  • A self-starter, able to work to develop new /existing client engagements though the entire sales cycle with an ambitious and proactive mindset, and a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets
