Our financial systems team is growing, so we are looking for our future intern ! If you want to develop your skills; if you are as proficient with computer tools as you are in understanding and communicating with various finance professionals ; join us for a 6-month internship.

N.B : This internship could potientally lead to a permanent contract !

Axis 1: Maintain and Improve Our ERP

• Process Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze current ERP processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Document existing workflows and processes to provide a clear understanding of current operations.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to optimize ERP functionality and user experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and guides for end-users.

• ERP Improvement:
  • User Experience (UX) Improvement:
    • Assist in evaluating and enhancing the user experience of the ERP system.
    • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and identify pain points in the current ERP system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
• ERP Maintenance:
  • Monitor financial systems and applications to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Manage and resolve incoming tickets related to ERP issues.
  • Provide first-level support to end-users by addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Identify and escalate issues that cannot be resolved at level 1 to the appropriate support teams.
  • Document resolutions and update the knowledge base for future reference.

Axis 2: Create and Maintain New Reporting in Power BI

• Power BI Reporting:
  • Analyze finance and supply needs
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial analysis and business decision-making.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and visualizations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Systems Manager and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.

• Master's second year
• Ability to understand and communicate in French and English
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and systems.
• Willingness to learn and practice Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Understanding of IT service management and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
