The integration of Reporting 21 into Cority's "Sustainability" department represents a strategic milestone for both entities. For Reporting 21, joining a major player like Cority provides significant opportunities: it facilitates our international expansion and allows us to leverage advanced in-house expertise. This partnership strengthens our ability to continuously enhance the quality of our offerings, both in terms of software and consulting, meeting the growing expectations of our clients.
From Cority's perspective, the integration of Reporting 21 complements its suite of software products and enables it to competitively enter the European ESG and financial markets. More importantly, the consulting expertise of Reporting 21 proves valuable for Cority, playing a key role in supporting clients.
This integration is, therefore, mutually beneficial, combining complementary strengths for increased added value. Together, we aim for continuous improvement in quality, strategic expansion into new markets, and robust support for clients in their sustainable transformation journeys.
The integration of Reporting 21 into the Cority group marked a milestone of synergy, bringing our strengths together around common values. Each value serves as a guiding principle in our daily work.
Transparency is our guiding principle, establishing a strong trust in all our interactions.
We are committed to maintaining a high standard of excellence in our operations, aiming for long-term customer satisfaction.
Teamwork is a key element of our profession. We join forces with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, collectively contributing to the sustainable transformation of our economy.
It is the variety of profiles that make up our team and those encountered during our integration into the group that forges our strength and allows us to evolve.
Our clients are at the heart of our business, and we cultivate long-term relationships with them to support them in their sustainable transformation.
Both our core business and a shared value in our daily actions and decisions.
At Reporting 21, commitment to sustainability and social responsibility are integrated values in our daily operations. Our initiatives reflect our collective commitment: the sustainable mobility package encourages the use of eco-friendly transportation, and our internal clothing swap reduces waste and supports charities through the donation of unsold clothes. Additionally, every employee is given 2 days of voluntary time off (VTO) to a charitable activity of their choice, with these days being compensated by the company.
We also participate in charitable runs such as Odysséa (fight against breast cancer), demonstrating our ongoing support for important causes. Furthermore, our choice to provide reusable containers for lunch from local restaurants aims to encourage a zero-waste mentality within our teams. At Reporting 21, each team member is actively encouraged to propose new ideas to enhance our collective commitment to a responsible future.
