To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

Context

In a context of strong growth, the Growth team aims to increase lead generation. 

As Website Manager at Skello, you will deploy our strategy to optimize the performance of our websites and maximize the acquisition of new B2B customers. 

In concrete terms, you will be in charge of implementing our Website and Conversion strategy: from the steering to the operational management of actions to the improvement and analysis of our performance.

Missions

As Website Manager, your objectives are as follows

- Build landing pages on Webflow; 

- Define the Growth Conversion strategy and roadmap and implement it according to the business objectives of the Skello Growth team;

- Prioritize the requests of the different teams seeking to use the site (Team Tech, Product, Growth, Design,Talent, etc.) to always maximize the conversion rates;

- Establish, from qualitative studies, surveys, quantitative analysis, AB tests, opportunities to facilitate customer understanding of the Skello product;

- Orchestrate with the Designers and the Tech team the definition of the functional specifications of the Landing Pages and Features to be deployed; 

- Analyze and propose optimizations of Acquisition KPIs: CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC.

- Webflow expert (or similar CMS/headless CMS): You can build and optimize high-performing websites.

- Front-end coding skills: You know how to tweak and optimize front-end code when needed.

- Tech & AI-savvy: You have built MVPs on Lovable, Cursor, and leverage automation, no-code, and AI daily.

- Data-driven & experimental: You run tests, analyze insights, and iterate to maximize impact.
