We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People team of five, which includes two Recruiters, an Office Manager, a VP of People, and a People Operations Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and the ideal candidate profile.

• Craft engaging outreach messages that align with our company's brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates for tech, support, and sales roles within the blockchain industry.

• Manage and track candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to ensure a smooth sourcing process.

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

• Stay up to date with innovative sourcing techniques to be competitive.

Successful sourcing may lead to role expansion opportunities such as involvement in the interviewing processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (2+ years) in a fast-paced environment.

• Perfect fluency in English and French.

• Strong personal interest in the blockchain space

• Curiosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through (the blockchain space can turn into a rabbit hole!)

Nice-to-have:

• Professional experience in the crypto or blockchain industry.

• Professional experience in GTM roles (customer support, account executives, technical sales)

• Fast-growing startup experience, ideally in tech.

• Track record of sourcing high-caliber professionals in niche technology sectors.
