Join our Team as a Junior Product Designer!

We're looking for a Junior Product Designer to help us push Spendesk's user experience to the next level. You'll be part of our mission to transform how finance teams work by creating intuitive solutions that make spending decisions faster and smarter.

As a Junior Product Designer at Spendesk, you'll collaborate with our experienced design team to shape the future of business spending. You'll be involved in the product development process from early ideation to final implementation, helping create seamless experiences across our spending solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design product experiences across our web and mobile platforms, focusing on making complex financial workflows simple and delightful
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior designers to understand user needs and business requirements
  • Create and iterate on design solutions through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Contribute to our design system by helping maintain and create intuitive components
  • Participate in user research sessions and incorporate feedback into your design process
  • Learn to understand and represent user needs in product discussions with cross-functional teams
  • Present your work and articulate your design decisions to stakeholders
  • Requirements

  • 1-2 years of product design experience
  • A portfolio showcasing your design thinking process and UI/UX skills
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Foundation in UI/UX design principles and attention to detail
  • Low ego and eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Collaborative mindset and belief in cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Interest in fintech and B2B products
  • Nice to have

  • Experience with design systems
  • Experience with user research methods
  • Previous exposure to SaaS or B2B products
