As a Principal Product Designer, you’ll have to be the leader in making our platform even more intuitive and enjoyable for nonprofits. You’ll work closely with the product team and cofounders to turn user challenges into simple and effective solutions.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Design intuitive solutions for our users, aligned with our product vision.
Be expert in user research to really understand user needs.
Enhance the user experience to improve activation and engagement.
Create and test prototypes, refining them based on feedback.
Establish UX/UI standards for consistent, high-quality design.
Mentor other product designers to support their professional growth (Problem understanding, user research, prototyping, UI/UX and Collaboration).
8+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio that shows a strong potential for simplifying very complex problems into easy and delightful solutions.
Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to execution, solving complex problems implying difficult trade-offs (UX. business viability, legal risks, etc.)
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Expert in design tools like Figma, with a solid understanding of prototyping and user testing.
Ability to lead by influence and inspire the whole design team to aim for exceptional designs standards
Mentoring experience, helping junior designers grow and develop their skills.
